Grundberg Mocatta Rakison LLP and ZhongLun W&D form significant cross-border association
This development provides ZLWD's existing London operations with the support of GMR and additional capacity for their expanding European cross-border portfolio. ZLWD, a full service law firm with more than 300 lawyers, has offices not only in Beijing, but also the key Chinese industrial and financial cities of Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu and Shijiazhuang. GMR will also provide ZLWD with access to their extensive network of professional links.
Richard Beresford, partner at GMR who has been the driving force behind this association, says "As a firm, our work is dominated by cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional issues.
