Arun Singh OBE
Arun Singh OBE is a solicitor who supports the firm's corporate team and international groups including the India desk. His main focus is on clients listing on AIM and on companies outsourcing activities to India, and on other international legal matters. Arun was previously partner and head of the International Commercial Law Group at KPMGLegal International and Head of the India Business Group for KPMGEurope.
Arun has practised law based in the City of London since 1984 gaining extensive experience in international commercial and corporate matters. He is a non-executive director of the Board of UK Trade and Investment Office and was appointed an OBE in 1999 for services to export and international investment. He was also a special advisor to the House of Commons Trade and Industry Select Committee and is a visiting lecturer for the Cambridge University Business School on international trade and investment, cross-cultural dynamics in international business and corporate governance. Arun also sits as a non-executive director on the Leeds University Business School Advisory Board. He is a regular speaker on international legal matters and skills at public and in-house seminars.
