Carol Martin
Carol Martin was admitted as a solicitor in 1988 and practises as a corporate and commercial lawyer. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and has advised on funding strategies and a variety of transactions including joint ventures and restructuring.
Carol has undertaken substantial projects for clients in the automotive and e-commerce and technology sectors and has acted on a number of transactions for clients from the property investment and tourism sectors, as well as providing general corporate and regulatory advice.
Carol also has broad commercial contracting and dispute resolution experience, having advised on framework and service provision agreements, franchise and agency agreements as well as licensing and distribution agreements.
