Claire Martin

Associate

Claire is an Associate in the Corporate department. She joined GMR in January 2008 having qualified in 2006 with an established London firm.

Claire handles a wide range of corporate work including sale and business acquisitions. Claire has also advised on group restructuring, shareholder agreements and general company matters. She has particular experience in working for European and US inbounds.
