Dan Peyton
Dan Peyton was called to the Bar in 1995 and was also admitted as a solicitor in 2006. After completing pupillage and practising at the Bar for several years Dan joined a City firm of solicitors as an Associate in 2001. Dan joined Grundberg Mocatta Rakison LLP as a partner in March 2007 and acts for both employers and workers in all aspects of employment law, including providing day to day employment advice and support, advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, advising in relation to contract reviews, redundancies and re-organisations. Dan has a particular expertise in advising and acting in relation to boardroom and senior executive terminations, team moves, confidential information and restrictive covenant disputes, complex and sensitive whistle blowing and discrimination claims.
