Gabi Olson qualified as a solicitor in 2003 after obtaining an LLM at the College of Europe, Bruges. Her practice has focused on business/share acquisitions and disposals and some private equity transactions. She also has experience in other general corporate work including shareholders' agreements, group re-organisations and company secretarial work.
