Jura Junnila

Jura Junnila received his law degree from the University of Helsinki in 1997. He was admitted to the Finnish Bar in 2004. His career prior to joining Grundberg Mocatta Rakison included a successful mission to set-up Latvian operations for Borenius & Kemppinen, a top-tier Finnish law office, preceded by a decade with Nordea Bank (Merita), the largest Nordic financial institution, working in Finland, Sweden and London in their general legal, shipping, capital markets and export, project and aqcuisition finance departments. Jura has been involved in transactions expanding into five continents and a multitude of jurisdictions. His practice includes advising on M&A, bank and finance, capital markets, and the general corporate and commercial law.
