Lena von Finckenhagen
Lena von Finckenhagen was educated at the University of Lund and the College of Europe in Bruges. She has practised law since 1979 both at an international and national level before moving to private law firms in Scandinavia. She was admitted as a Swedish advokat in 1994, as a Norwegian advokat in 1995 and as a solicitor in 2000. She has worked with Grundberg Mocatta Rakison LLP since 1997, becoming a partner in 2000. Her specialities are EU law, competition law, product liability, probate, family law, personal injury claims, conflict of laws and cross-border questions related to Norwegian, Swedish and English law and property acquisition in France. She is a guest tutor in Norwegian law at the University of Surrey.
