Lucy Harrington
Lucy is an Associate in the Employment Department. Lucy joined GMR in November 2007 after completing her training at a well respected City law firm, before which she worked for two years as a para-legal in a large Channel Islands law firm. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2007.
Lucy undertakes work in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Her work includes drafting contracts of employment and consultancy agreements, drafting and reviewing Staff Handbooks, advising on and negotiating compromise agreements, advising on disciplinary issues, dismissals (including redundancies) and grievances as well as acting in Employment Tribunal and High Court employment litigation. Lucy also assists on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
