Michael Tackley was admitted as a solicitor in 1976. After training in the City of London he specialised in litigation and has been a commercial litigation partner in London since 1980. His experience in litigation encompasses international trade (especially import/export disputes in Europe), insurance and reinsurance, intellectual property, professional negligence and all kinds of property related disputes (including construction). He has a special interest in cross-border disputes.
