Richard Beresford was admitted as a solicitor in 1993. He specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals, private equity and public company work. He has extensive experience of the AIM market and also of private fundraising. Regularly working with entrepreneurial and early-stage companies, Richard is adept at helping companies at every stage of their development, and is particularly good at finding and exploiting commercial opportunities for clients. Additional areas of expertise include joint ventures and commercial agreements.
