Sanford G Henry
Sanford G Henry acts as a consultant to GMR providing corporate advisory services within the fields of corporate finance, structured financing, due diligence, fund analysis as well as Mergers and Acquisitions with sector expertise in financial services, life sciences and communications.
He also works as a partner and advisor through affiliated companies in Germany with Dr. Schwarz-Schilling & Partners, Medical Ventures in the United States, Alegro Capital in the United Kingdom, Russia Partners in Russia and Bosphorus Group in Turkey. Sanford also acts as a Senior Advisor to Ukraine Partners, is a Director of Bridge Partners Middle East and a Director of Sora Investments (Bahrain).
Sanford has worked in investments and finance for companies such as Ford Motor Company, Groupe Express, Holiday Inns and for almost ten years he was the international Vice President of U.S. Leasing International, Inc., covering Europe, Africa, Middle East and Far East.
He has been involved in the creating and structuring of investment funds. For over ten years was the Managing Director of three private equity funds: two with Lazard in London and Paris and a third funded by the U.S. government for investment in Eastern Europe.
Sanford was educated in the United States, Switzerland and Germany and has lived and worked in Geneva, Cologne, Paris, Brussels, New York, Washington DC and currently resides in London.
