Simon Porter

Simon Porter was admitted as a solicitor in 1970. He spent a considerable part of his career as a senior in-house counsel in a number of public companies before joining Grundberg Mocatta Rakison in 1994. He is experienced in all aspects of company and commercial law, especially setting up companies and establishing businesses , mergers and acquisitions, as well as in contract law, intellectual property law, employment law, pensions and commercial conveyancing.
