Tom Dugdale
Associate
Tom joined GMR as an associate in the corporate department in December 2007 and will be working on M&A, private equity and general corporate matters.
Tom completed his training at a corporate law firm in Mayfair having gained a broad range of experience in corporate and commercial matters. This included drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, assisting on company share and asset sales and acquisitions and advising on company start-ups. He has also advised on a range of AIM related matters including acting for the nomad on an IPO, acting for an AIM listed company on an ongoing basis and general advice to various companies seeking to float on AIM.
