Tom Schrøder
Tom Schroder qualified as a Danish Advokat (L) in 1993 and, following a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London in 1994 and the Qualified Lawyers' Transfer Test (QLTT) at the College of Law, was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1996. He has practised for many years both in Denmark and in England and has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate/commercial and other legal disciplines. In particular, he handles cross-border transactional work, as well as general corporate and commercial issues concerning English and Danish corporates. In addition, Tom is able to bridge legal, language and cultural differences between Denmark and England in the context of the firm's provision of cross-disciplinary, cross-border legal services to individual and corporate clients in both countries.
