Valery is a Member of Law Faculty of Kazakh State University. He is the Co-Author Joint Stock Company legislation and has served as Deputy Chairman Arbitration Commission of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Resident Almaty, Official commentator of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
